注意事項

在PLC和變頻器同時使用的自控系統(tǒng)中，應該著重注意以下事項：

1、PLC供電電源與動力系統(tǒng)電源(變頻器電源)分別配置，且PLC的供電應該選擇隔離變壓器。

2、動力線盡量與信號線分開，信號線要做屏蔽。

3、無論是模擬信號輸入還是模擬信號輸出，模擬量通道一律使用信號隔離模塊。

4、PLC程序里做軟件濾波設計。

5、信號地與動力地分開設計。
